Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn hair products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, out or altered items or damaged cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@hairpalace.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
